Mathew has a proven track record in the legal sector, advising private practice law firms in the UK, Europe, and the USA on talent acquisition solutions for fee-earning lawyers, from Associate to Partner level, across a range of corporate practice areas.
Previously, Mathew was Associate Director at Charles Levick, he led the Legal recruitment division. He advised corporate law firms on Partner, Counsel and Associate appointments, as well as in-house positions in the financial technology, financial services, and energy industries.
Before his tenure at Charles Levick, Mathew was instrumental in scaling executive functions at Revolut as a Talent Acquisition Manager. His efforts were pivotal in supporting the company’s banking licence applications and international expansion into EU and US markets.
